Walid was truly amazing! We had an unexpected emergency on the day we were supposed to return the car, so we couldn’t make it to the airport as planned. He was incredibly understanding and, without hesitation, later came to pick up the car from our place. The Premier Protection plan guarantees you’ll have no out-of-pocket costs, the Standard Protection plan sets your out-of-pocket amount at €250 in the event of damage, and the Minimum Protection plan caps it at €3,000.
How do I cancel my car rental?
Guests can easily cancel their booking from the website or mobile app. Cancellation takes effect immediately. For a standard rental (outside of any no-free-cancellation option), the guest can cancel for free up to 24 hours before departure, except if the booking is made less than 25 hours before the start of the trip, in which case the guest can cancel the trip up to one hour before departure. How do I extend my car rental?
