Oussama was just brilliant and so helpful. I had trouble getting my phone to attach to the French network when I arrived, so even contacting him to say I had arrived was an ordeal! The car may be small, but it was perfect for nipping around town and finding parking and was well able to keep up on the faster roads. Ma première fois j utilise Turo,Très bonne expérience avec ce propriétaire, je recommande à 100 %. Il a été très sympa, toujours à l’écoute et disponible du début à la fin. Il est même venu me chercher pour récupérer la voiture, ce qui m’a beaucoup aidé. J’avais réservé la voiture pour 3 jours, mais j’ai finalement récupéré ma propre voiture avant la fin de la location. J’ai donc demandé l’annulation du dernier jour et il a accepté directement sans problème. Personne très professionnelle, respectueuse et attentive au confort du client. Il s’inquiétait même de comment j’allais rentrer après avoir déposé la voiture et voulait me déposer lui-même. Franchement rien à dire, service au top. Merci encore Oussama!
