Perfect family hauler – smooth, quiet, and surprisingly easy to live with. We rented this 2019 BMW X7 for a 4‑day family trip out of DFW and it was absolutely the right call. The dark blue exterior with the unique white and navy interior feels genuinely special in person, not like every other big SUV at the airport. Space‑wise, it punched above its weight. We had 7 adults, the tallest around 6 feet, and everyone had tons of room. The third row is one of the most spacious I’ve seen outside of an Escalade, and we still had room for backpacks and shopping bags without feeling cramped. The biggest standout was the air‑ride suspension and overall comfort. The ride was incredibly smooth and whisper‑quiet, and the driver assistance package made the mix of highway and downtown driving feel easy instead of exhausting. Over roughly 600 miles we averaged around 22 mpg, which is solid for a three‑row luxury SUV doing a mix of city and highway. For something this big, it was shockingly simple to park and maneuver. The surround cameras and sensors make tight parking lots and narrow toll booths a non‑issue, and the toll pass on the windshield made getting around even smoother. Tech‑wise, Apple CarPlay and the BMW system were super intuitive. One wireless charger up front was convenient, and there are USB‑C ports everywhere, so everyone could keep devices charged. The little comfort details really stood out in Texas heat: ventilated seats and cooled drink storage made long drives way more enjoyable. The vehicle was spotless at pickup—easily a 10/10 for cleanliness and overall condition. One small but telling detail: it was on a full matching set of high‑end Continental DWS6 tires, which is not always the case on rentals and gave us extra confidence on the road. Overall, this X7 was the perfect family hauler for our trip—luxurious, comfortable, quiet, and genuinely easy to drive and park. We’d absolutely rent this one again.

The Host was AWESOME!!! He communicated very well from the beginning to end! His car was like new, no smell, full tank, and fully loaded! The pick up location was safe. Pickup time the gps took me somewhere else with the same car but it was damaged, I was upset thinking it was mine lol I called and we handled it lol…will definitely rent again! Danny has been an EXCELLENT host for multiple trips of mine back to the New England area - easy pick up/drop off at either Logan or their Wakefield location. Very communicative and accommodating- I will certainly be using this BMW (or another of their cars) again in the future. Thank you Danny!

The BMW was a lot of fun for the trip to see my daughter graduating college. It was clean, comfortable and obviously gorgeous. Just the right car for the occasion! Mario was a dream host! He left the car in the airport garage as promised. Pick up was so easy and convenient. I don’t think he could have been more accommodating or communicative. He responded to any message extremely quickly and was really laid back. Drop off was a breeze and everything was just all around easy which is much appreciated when you just want something this important to go right. It would probably have to be extenuating circumstances for me to ever rent from anyone else but Mario when I travel to Florida! He is one cool dude with some really great rides! Thanks so much for being a part of this trip going so well. This will be a memorable trip for a lifetime. 🙇🏻‍♀️

I love the car clean nice would love to rent again. Everything was easy to locate drop up and pick up was cool. Only thing I was not aware about the 26$ parking garage fee at the time of pick up great response time as well

Absolutely phenomenal host and car! We had a car from a different host break down and this host brought her BMW for us to pick up at 11:30 pm with short notice. I would give 10 stars if it allowed me to! She was extremely patient with us and helped guide us to the parking. We were exhausted and this host made our night so much easier. Thank you for all of your help and for being an incredible host!!!

Fantastic car. Beautiful color, pictures do not do justice.. Highly respected by valet, treated as VIP at every hotel because it’s such a prestigious vehicle, valet always had the car right out front instead of pulling it into the parking garage for super quick pick up to hit the next location. Powerful twin turbo v8. My wife is pregnant and has had trouble getting in and out of cars lately, the height of this was perfect for my wife to comfortably get in and out of the car. 15/10

The BMW was absolutely beautiful! It was well taken care of and drove very well.. I actually loved the pickup location. Always hard to find somebody to pick your car up and never want to really leave your vehicle in a parking lot. The host has it all arranged and that was a big relief for me. Great experience overall.. 👍🏻

I rented a 2022 BMW X7 M-Sport package with the i6 Turbo from Stark, LLC. The car was clean and smelled clean. No pet or cigarette smells. The car still smells like a new car. The host could be a little faster with the text response, especially when I am trying to pick up the car at 11 pm and tired from the flight. But other than that everything is great. The car had a lot of good features that made my life a lot easier. It has an air suspension that can lower to help you get groceries out of the back or make it easier to get in and out of the car. The engine has a lot of power. Surprisingly the fuel economy is pretty good for being so powerful. As long as you drive slowly it will save on gas. But if you have a lead foot it will burn gas quite fast. It uses only premium gas so keep that in mind when renting. This car has wireless Android Auto and Apple carplay and works great. The Air conditioning is very strong and will cool the car very fast. It also has a remote engine start which is useful for keeping the car cool if it's parked in the sun. I filled up a full tank the day before returning the car. But on my way to the airport got into rush hour traffic and took me way too long to get to the Airport which burned some of the gas. I was charged for the difference. I am happy the host only charged me the amount of gas I consumed while going to the airport. This is my fault and not the host's. I appreciate his honesty. The "share my location" feature of the Turo app is very inaccurate. It guided me to the wrong part of the parking structure so I had a hard time finding the car. The best solution for the Host to help their renters is to text the exact location immediately when the renter has landed or when the rental reservation time has been reached. That way the renter will not have to wait around for a reply text. Overall, I am still very satisfied with the Host and the Vehicle. Would rent from again in the future. Thank you Stark, LLC.
