Fantastic car! Matt was really helpful, he went above and beyond to guide me through my first Turo journey. The mileage was great on the electric vehicle but I drove in 20mph and 30mph zones, only. The heat and demystifying tools will drain the battery and can affect mileage so I just used it sparingly or opened the windows slightly. It was a bit cold but nothing too bad in this wonderful car. The only downside it that the Turo App was down when I had to unlock the car and also when I needed to upload the pictures but thanks to Matt's messages the night before, I managed to access the vehicle and use it despite the app being down! Thanks Matt, legend!!
