The Mercedes was in excellent condition — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and a genuine pleasure to drive. The engine and overall performance were superb, and it was clear that the car is looked after with real care. Simon is an excellent host: professional, extremely knowledgeable about cars and simply a genuinely nice person to deal with. Bill was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. It was a smooth handover meeting him in London and he was a pleasure to deal with the entire time. The car drives brilliantly and exactly what we wanted. It was great to be able to use an Eco mode whilst driving long distances on the motorway then the sport plus mode during the more exciting parts of the trip. The convertible roof was fantastic, taking only 10 seconds to come up or down and can be done up to 30 miles an hour, which proves very helpful when exploring Scotland. Would definitely rent from him again.
Great service, very accommodating, they took a last minute booking from me as a previous host cancelled a reservation the day before our journey and eased the stress and made this booking stress free with the remote options. Nice vehicle, nice drive, you can tell a lot of thought, time has gone into the process as they even provide detailed information about how to use the vehicle for those who made not be familiar with cars. The only small criticism i have is the vehicle wasn’t completely clean show room ready would be nice to have a refreshing air freshener smell but besides this it was good for the last minute booking great experience, I would book again if required. Thank you.

The car was in excellent condition, very clean and great to drive. Perfect for our bank holiday trip to Somerset. Prachi was very accommodating and great to deal with. We accidentally caused some cosmetic damage to the car during our trip, however the experience of dealing with the repairs was very smooth. We would definitely hire the car again!
