Excellent experience from start to finish! The Kia Carnival was spotless, extremely comfortable, and in perfect mechanical condition. It drove smoothly throughout our trip around Vancouver and had more than enough room for our family and luggage, making it the ideal vehicle for both city driving and longer excursions. The host was outstanding—friendly, professional, and very responsive. Pickup and drop-off were simple, seamless, and exactly as described. The vehicle was well-maintained, clean, and fully fueled, which made the entire rental process completely stress-free. Everything was perfect with this trip! We did a last minute booking and lucked into Binyamin’s cute Kia Soul which worked great for taking our granddaughters (and car seat) out for day trips. Very clean vehicle and very accommodating host.

This was our first rental experience and it was great. We were met at our hotel, had a super fun trip with the car, and dropped it back off at the hotel . It was so easy and the hosts were so, so kind. The car was in great condition and ran well! Looking forward to doing this again .
The pick up and drop off were perfect. Chase met me at the airport when I arrived, and met me at 6:30 am at the airport when I dropped it off to catch a flight. The car was clean and ran perfectly.
