Great car for a large group. Surprisingly easy to drive and handle considering the large size! Pickup was super flexible and easy. I messaged the host last minute to change my pickup time from the morning to later in the evening and they were able to accomodate. The van was parked in a public lot with clear instructions on which parking spot. Key was in a secure lockbox. The lot was very close to the airport and about 15 USD Lyft/Uber ride to get there. I believe there is a public metro/rail that goes directly to this lot from the airport as well if you prefer to go that route. The only callout I have, is that the gas tank was 1/4 full when I picked it up. The expectation is that you return the car with at least the same amount of gas as when you picked it up. This made it tricky as I had to estimate how much gas I would need and try to return the car with ~1/4 of a tank, rather than overfilling it and overpaying for gas. So just be aware of that. Other than that, everything was perfect. I'd gladly rent from here again! Thank you!

the van was an amazing addition to the trip, it fit 4 of us with snowboards and luggage just fine. the host is amazing, we had trouble with weather and had to adjust flights, he let me extend the return time no problem. 100% would rent again!
