I rented the 2016 BMW X4 for 4 days while visiting Vancouver, and it was a fantastic experience. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as listed. It drove smoothly with plenty of power for both city and highway driving. The host was responsive, punctual, and made pickup and return really easy. Fuel efficiency was decent for an SUV, and the tech features (navigation, Bluetooth, parking sensors) all worked great. Would definitely rent this BMW again—perfect combo of luxury and performance for exploring the Vancouver area.

We had an amazing experience renting from Moe! He and his team were incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating throughout the entire trip. Even when our drop-off location and time changed, Moe was very cooperative and made everything easy and stress-free for us. They never rushed us or made us feel pressured at any point. The car was in excellent condition—very clean, comfortable, and ran perfectly. On top of that, they even gave us a complimentary ride to the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the end of our trip so much easier. Moe and his team are genuinely good people, and their kindness and hospitality made our experience extra special. From day one, Georgi was incredibly responsive and helpful, even though I had tons of questions as a first-time Turo renter. He was polite and accommodating throughout the entire process. As other’s had mentioned, some left over things in the vehicle from previous client. Otherwise, great price and Sam was super easy-going.

Owen is a great host. Very quick on communication. Flexible and helpful. I had to hire this car quite late into the evening after a day of repeatedly cancelled flights, so this was a life saver for an important trip for work. Grateful I could pick it up after all the rental companies had shut for the day. The car was in perfect condition and a dream to drive. Everything exactly as listed. My only complaint is that now I want one!
