This was my first time renting a model Y beyond your normal test drive and it was a great experience! Tajai was very helpful and responsive to any question we had about the Tesla. Absolutely fantastic experience. I was having some trouble with my own car, just in time for a few very busy days during which a lot of people were relying on me. I already have my own Model Y reservation so I thought maybe I could get two birds stoned at once, drive the car I was trying to get a feel for before I buy it, and have it to rely on in that time I needed it most. Kris was very friendly and communicative, was happy to answer any questions I might’ve had, and after the initial rundown at the end of the pickup, he was great about giving me the space and time to myself with it which I needed it for. I felt like I could call or text him any time if I needed to, but didn’t hear from him once while I was busy, which was the perfect balance I think most customers hope for. The car I rented was in immaculate condition when I picked it up too. The next time I need to rent a car, his is the first Turo profile I’m going to check. Separately from his personal Turo rentals endeavour, he’s a local business owner with an extensive automotive and apparently customer service background, and I was lucky enough to meet his brother at one point too. I got nothing but good vibes from both after the few conversations we had. Take care of his cars and he’ll take care of you. Drive safe!

Omar is a great host. That's was my 1st experience of renting a car on Turo. Car was all clean,sanitized and ready well ahead of scheduled pickup time. Will definitely rent again this car from Omar whenever I needed in future.

I found Josh was very professional. He gave the car spotless clean. Equipped with everything that you need for an electric car plus complementary face mask and had sensitizer. The car itself is very pleasant to drive and specious. Wish him all the best.

Jefferson’s Model Y was in excellent condition for driving! Just a note: the car does not have the best treads for Winter driving - it was snowing and icy when we had the Tesla and it was more difficult to maneuver than my regular car with Winter tires on. We appreciated the smooth ride and especially enjoyed the adaptive cruise control. Overall a great car and great communication for an early pick up and early drop off from the host! Would rent again :)

Xinhua sas a great host; friendly, flexible, easy to get in touch with and she actually cleaned the car before she gave it to me! The car itself was great to drive. Autopilot really blew me away (drove to London and back and wasn't even tired by the end).

The Model Y was clean and charged on the day of our rental. Omer was very responsive and took our call even on the weekend when the cold weather caused an issue at a charger. Good and honest service w is always a pleasure to experience. We will definitely be back in the future.

My family and I took a roadtrip to Myrtle Beach in Joshua's Model X. The X is a joy to drive and comfortable on our long journey. Autopilot is a must on a long trip and this car handled most of the drive without intervention. I would recommend Joshua's Model X to anyone who is looking for a dependable and comfortable roadtrip. I definitely would consider it again.

I must say words can't describe how wonderful my experience was. Gregory it's an absolute wonderful person to communicate with and he goes above and beyond to help you with any questions you might have. Before even the trip started he gave me insights into owning a Tesla and how to properly take care of it and maintain it. He took time out of his day and I asked so many questions that he immediately replied to with detailed response. Since I was driving with my car I was concerned about the parking and unlike others here, Gregory offered me assistance with the overnight parking. At first I was hesitant because I thought the Tesla would not look good in red. When I approached it, there was not one scratch on the car and it had a beautiful white interior. I felt as if I am test driving a Tesla from the dealership. It was an immaculate condition that I had to ask Gregory how he kept it like that! The drive itself was absolutely wonderful. Gregory's Tesla has full self-driving the $10,000 package you see today. After testing it on the highway, It performed so effortlessly. The car will change lanes automatically and give you the recommendations on the faster lane. This was all possible because the car was kept in such great condition. Unlike other cars I have driven, The tires were in wonderful condition so very minimal road noise and the interior of the Tesla was so peaceful to ride in. The seats were so comfortable, I was shocked. Gregory communicated with me every single step and was so detailed and accurate in finding the car as well. It was an absolute pleasure and joy renting his Tesla. If anyone wants to try a complete Tesla experience don't look any further than Gregory's Tesla. Not only you get a beautiful pristine car inside and out; full self driving with acceleration boost is included in this car and unlike others the car is well maintained mechanically and aesthetically. Thanks again Gregory for the wonderful experience!
