Great experience! The pickup and drop-off were smooth, and Zen was responsive and easy to communicate with. The car was clean and in great condition. Having Full Self-Driving was a nice bonus!

Unfortunately, it was returned with only 15% battery, causing inconvenience as we had to take extra time from our schedule to recharge it while dealing with traffic. We work hard to provide reliable, attentive service to every guest and appreciate the same consideration in return.
Zen was an incredible and very responsive host, will be renting again!
