The car was smooth and perfect for my family trips of 6 (can also seat 7). There was enough space in the trunk for small luggages and bags, while still seating 6 people. The communication with the host was clear and he's very responsive. Would rent again if we need more than 5 seats!

Ivan is very friendly and the whole process of getting and dropping off the car was very easy. The car was very clean and well maintained. Tires seemed good with lots of tread and nothing seemed worn out or overly rough. This is a car with 200 000km so you should understand that the reason it is such a good price is because the battery isn’t brand new anymore so it won’t hold a charge like a 62kW brand new SL Plus would have. This was no problem for me. I took the car to and from Québec City and stopped at a fast charger in Trois-Rivières for maybe half an hour and I was good to go. For the price Ivan is charging and how well equipped this car is (Apple CarPlay and radar based cruise control and lane keep assist) - this is a five star experience.
Nice experience for a first time user. There was a small problem on my part with the reservation, but Ibrahim was very accomodating. He made sure that the reservation went through, he was very helpful, kind and patient. He even made sure everything went well during the trip. The car is also clean and very confortable. I recommand this host. Je recommanderais Ibrahim sans problème!
