This was my second time renting with them, and once again, the experience was exceptional. I was a little hesitant at first because I’m used to driving a Tesla, and this was my first electric vehicle from another brand. They were incredibly patient, always available by phone or message whenever I had questions about charging, and they even checked in afterward to make sure everything was going well. They also went above and beyond by driving me home after I returned the car. The vehicle was a pleasure to drive, honestly just as enjoyable as my Tesla, and the level of customer service was simply outstanding. If I ever rent through Turo again, it will definitely be with them. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Great experience with this Hyundai Ioniq! The car was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable to drive. As an electric vehicle, it was excellent on mileage (range), making it very efficient and easy on charging (download Flo app in advance for easy recharging). Everything worked perfectly, and it was a smooth, quiet ride throughout my trip. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a reliable and economical EV, with easy contactless check-in, pickup and drop off, and great communication with the host. Great and spacious car. Easy to drive and fuel efficient for its size. We were 2 adults and 4 kids (plus luggage) and everyone was comfortable during the journeys. Easy communication and clear instructions. The location of the car is great and easy to access (a bit more trouble finding the right spot to drop it off but nothing major). The car is in good condition and the only things were the battery light constantly on and that the wipers would soon benefit from a change. Happy with the experience. Thank you!
