Absolutely fantastic experience! The 2024 Toyota Sienna Hybrid Limited was an amazing vehicle—comfortable, spacious, smooth, and incredibly fuel-efficient. It was perfect for our trip and made the entire journey enjoyable. The van was clean, well-maintained, and drove beautifully. The host was excellent to deal with, very responsive, and made both the pickup and drop-off smooth, easy, and flexible. Communication was great throughout the entire experience. The history of the vehicle was also very good, which gave me extra confidence renting it. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Fabulous trip, fabulous van, and an excellent Turo experience. I would definitely rent this Sienna again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and enjoyable vehicle for a trip. 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This was my first experience with TURO , and I could not have asked for a better way to start. Stanley was great to deal with - he quickly responded to messages, was prompt and willing to adapt to changing circumstances. The pickup/drop off location worked well (there is a gas station nearby for easy refueling at the end of the trip), and the car was immaculate. I would gladly rent from Stanley again.
