Cameron was extremely communicative which put me at ease in a lot of cases!
Car runs decent but has 2 issues that should be considered before renting. The A/C does not work and the breaks are dodgy when going down a steep hill (we drove the Cabot trail). Other than that all good, clean and comfortable.
Thanks for the feedback! We took the van in for an inspection after your trip due to your concerns. Thankfully, no issue was found with the brakes. If you’re not used to mountainous driving the Cabot trail can be quite demanding with a full van. I apologize for the AC inconvenience, we’ve just had it repaired for future guests.
