Excellent experience from start to finish. The Toyota Yaris was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected incident where I hit a deer during my trip. Salman was incredibly understanding, calm, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made a stressful situation much easier to deal with by being responsive and supportive every step of the way. Car was excellent (2014 corolla with 200km+ but you wouldn't have noticed!). Salman was fantastic to deal with. He would check in to see if we needed anything which I really appreciated. First time using Turo and it was super smooth (and MUCH cheaper than other companies!).
