The car drove well, but the key fob wasn’t working, so I had to use the physical key and the alarm/horn sounded every time I unlocked the car. The host informed me shortly before the trip.

Jaiden communicated very well. When the key fob quit working she immediately tried to remedy the situation, which kept our travel plans on schedule.

Pick up was easy. About 20 minutes from downtown Halifax. The owner was super nice. Car will get you anywhere and comfortable to drive.

On the first day, the trip had to be cancelled due to a transmission failure, which forced the reservation to be cancelled.
Several coordinations were made with the Turo team, who acted very professionally throughout the entire process, which I would like to highlight, as providing good customer service is very important.
