Salman was an excellent resource! I had a bit of a car hiccup mid way through my trip and he was on it and was extremely available to help get the situation resolved and figured out! I really appreciate how quickly he responded and willing he was to address and fix the issue!

The owner sent me an incorrect address to pick up the car. I spent 45 min trying to find the car. I then had to take a taxi to the actual location of the car. I was reimbursed but it was quite inconvenient. Other than pick up it was fine.

We always strive to provide excellent service, which is why we immediately apologized, reimbursed you $20 to cover the taxi, and provided two free hours of trip time to compensate for the 45-minute delay. While we regret the rough start, we are glad the vehicle itself met your needs for the trip.
