Initial vehicle booked was in an accident and Drifty was quick to respond and provide another vehicle of the same description. Good communication and overall experience. Did not like that when leaving the airport I had to pay $28 parking which was unexpected and did not like that no snow brush was in the car in December when we had a snow storm.
