Mazin is a great helper,very comprehensive. I would recommend him. The car also has no problems and runs very well.
The service we received from Mazin was kind and sincere. There were some scheduling issues prior to our pick up leading to a unclean interior of the vehicle. When we addressed it with Mazin he approached us in a kind matter to explain the state of the vehicle and was very apologetic and sincere. With all of that all of that being said I would recommend using Mazins services for a rental car forward.

The car is very comfortable, clean. Smooth to drive. Will definitely be a favorite for next time. Pick up is quicker than you expect, but Tanu is super friendly. I had to change my booking a couple times an she was very accommodating with me. Highly recommend 👌🏽
