You can cancel and get a full refund up to 24 hours before your trip starts, unless you choose a non-refundable trip discount when booking. If you book fewer than 24 hours before the trip starts, you have one hour after booking to cancel free of charge. Beyond that free cancellation window, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee.

In the rare case that a host cancels your trip, you’ll be notified immediately so you can book another car or we can help you find one. Your refund may be temporarily held to make booking a new car easier, or the funds can be returned to your bank account. The choice is yours.
