It was my first time renting a car through the Turo platform, and I was lucky enough to find Timothy's car. Picking up and returning the car was easy, and Timothy was always quick to respond to messages.
This is our second time renting here. Had a good experience again! The owner on the car is very friendly and nice. Definitely rent from him again next time.
Pickup etc was all great. The car had an AC issue however, which was not ideal given it's summer time. Lucky's service was excellent though. He gave me options to take it to his mechanic or to cut the trip short and get refunded. He could have easily just ignored me but he showed proper customer care and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. It was a great experience getting to drive a muscle car for the first time too and I'd definitely use him again.

I had a great experience renting from Timothy!!! This was my first time using Turo, and I chose his car because of the great reviews and they absolutely lived up to my expectations. Before the trip, he was very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was clear and ready for my journey. Unfortunately, I had an accident during my trip, and his first concern was making sure I was okay. He was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process and spent lots of his free time documenting everything for Turo support with me! He went above and beyond what was expected, including helping me get home with my luggage after my trip. Beyond being a great host, he is also a genuinely kind, positive, and easygoing person. I highly recommend renting from him, you’ll be in very good hands!

Timothy is a great host — very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The Cruze is a solid car, exactly as described. It’s clean, drives well, and has good tires and brakes. There’s a small environmental issue, but it didn’t affect the drive at all. The price is very reasonable, making it a great value. Timothy also went the extra mile and picked me up in the rain, which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend — would definitely book again!
