Switch car last minute to older car I didn't want

We’d like to clarify that the vehicle swap was communicated to you in advance and completed only after you approved the request through Turo. Both vehicles are part of our newer fleet and were purchased within six months of each other.
We understand you had requested a discount at the time of the swap; however, approval of the swap and pricing are separate matters. We strive to provide fair and transparent service, and we hope reviews reflect the overall experience accurately.

Everything seemed excellent to me, the car was in perfect condition, clean, and I had no issues picking it up. The driving experience was great, I highly recommend it.
No smoking allowed
