The car is making a lot of noises, it needs maintenance.
The car maintenance is up to date. As you can see, guests before and after your trip have had great experience with the car. Because some rattling noises from 10+ year old economy vehicle with the lowest price for an SUV on the platform, shouldn't be a surprise to a reasonable guest.
