The Trax was good. We just wanted a basic car to go from A to B and this fit the bill perfectly. Enough trunk space for our luggage and comfort for our family. We also rented a phone holder and a child seat, those were good as well. Support was great and very fast to respond.

The car has passed safety inspection required by Turo. Based on other reviews guests before or after your trip had no issues with the car. I think the main issue is that you came into the rental of the cheapest SUV on the platform with wrong expectations.
