This was my first time using Turo. It was great! I'll definitely use the service again.

Daniel was awesome. He was quick to respond and very accommodating. I highly recommend him, and will use him again the next time I'm here.

The owner had non-compliant, old, unsafe tires on the vehicle and old windscreen wipers you couldn’t see properly out of.
When I got a flat tire and discovered it was not compliant they refused to pay for a new one up front.
Turo Roadside assistance is also terrible to deal with and wasted hours of my time.

Daniel's response

I understand you're upset about the flat tire and think we should pay for it. But Turo policy is clear. The guests are responsible for flat tires that happen during a trip.
Obviously a brief look at other reviews including the guest just before your trip, indicates none of the issues you mentioned.

Good communication, great car.

It’s Chevy’s Version of a Go Kart. Does it turn heads? No. But, when you’re paying $28 for half a tank of gas in when prices of gas are sky rocketing in Vancouver and you go almost 200 km? You don’t complain. The car easily held its own on the highway too. You really can’t do worse if you’re looking for a cheap way to get around. Abel

Jayme •

Easy, straightforward, fuel efficient car.
