Everything was easy from pickup to having them bring a cooler for us to use. It was so nice to have the car right at the airport ready for us. The car was in great shape and drove great! Would definitely book again!!

My experience with Pacific North Coast Car Rentals was fantastic from start to finish. The car was perfect for helping me transport my elderly mother, and I received it in immaculate condition. Pick up and drop off were seamless. But most notable was the customer service. PNC responded almost immediately to every text and question I had, no matter how small or frequent my requests. All communication was respectful, responsive, and timely. I really appreciate how easy it was to rent from them and how attentive they were to my needs. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Vancouver.
