The host is AMAZING. The car is great! I highly recommend to rent this car for medium distances. However, I would not recommend to drive the car to Russell, ON (as an example from Montreal) unless you have a serious plan. To be honest, it was my very first time planning a trip with a 100% EV. The host saved my life by including his Circuit Électrique card to power up in Ontario, I hit the last station during my final destination. There were not many compatible fast charging stations in Ontario on my way to celebrate Christmas with my brother. My brother’s wife used to have a Leaf. And now I understand why she does not have it anymore. Electric cars are amazing but they need support. Do not get me started on how all of our mobile phones have different chargers… This is exactly what is happening with electric cars. Peace out. 🥰🙏🏻

The pickup was was easy to find and the car was as showed on the picture. Only thing is that the motor needs to be cleaned. Other than that i was able to extend my trip for 30min at no charge and came a few minutes late; for sure less then 30min late and the Host was ok with it. Stephane is a cool host and communicate very well. I recommend to anyone looking for a car to rent in Longueil!

Ivan is very friendly and the whole process of getting and dropping off the car was very easy. The car was very clean and well maintained. Tires seemed good with lots of tread and nothing seemed worn out or overly rough. This is a car with 200 000km so you should understand that the reason it is such a good price is because the battery isn’t brand new anymore so it won’t hold a charge like a 62kW brand new SL Plus would have. This was no problem for me. I took the car to and from Québec City and stopped at a fast charger in Trois-Rivières for maybe half an hour and I was good to go. For the price Ivan is charging and how well equipped this car is (Apple CarPlay and radar based cruise control and lane keep assist) - this is a five star experience.

Nice experience for a first time user. There was a small problem on my part with the reservation, but Ibrahim was very accomodating. He made sure that the reservation went through, he was very helpful, kind and patient. He even made sure everything went well during the trip. The car is also clean and very confortable.
