The 2017 Ford Transit that we rented was nice, clean, and in very good condition. This vehicle is excellent on gas. Even with the high gas prices now, the Ford Transit ran a long ways before we had to refill on fuel. Mr. Isaiah is a very nice person with great customer service. We rented the 15-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Van for a weekend trip from Seattle to Wenatchee for the Rufus Du Sol concerts at Gorge Amphitheatre (Jun.5-7), and it was absolutely perfect. If you're hesitant because this is a newer listing, don't be. This was one of the best Turo experiences we've had. The Transit van was spotless, exactly as pictured, and incredibly comfortable to drive and ride in. It handled beautifully on our trip, and there was plenty of storage space behind the seats for all of our luggage and gear. What really stood out was the host. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Every message was answered quickly, and when we had a minor issue during the trip, he handled it immediately and professionally. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. The only thing that caught us off guard was that the gas fill location is by the driver's side door, so we had to look it up. That's not a complaint at all—just a helpful tip for future renters.
