We rented a van from Mickeys Adventures LLC for a family trip to Orlando, and even though our booking was last-minute, they accommodated us without a hitch. Communication was excellent from start to finish — quick, clear responses whenever we had questions. The van itself was spotless, which made a huge difference for a family trip. Return was just as smooth: they gave us clear directions and told us exactly where to park so we'd be closer to the terminal, which saved us precious time. They were very flexible and it genuinely saved our trip. And the cherry on top: they surprised the kids with Mickey ears, which made them light up. Van was great for price. Few cosmetic bumps and dings but nothing that affects performance. Van a/c worked well which was key for 10 people we had in van. Host was gracious and approved us keeping van an extra day.

10/10 experience! This was hands down one of the best Turo rentals I’ve had. The 10 seater was spotless when we picked it up and had more than enough room for my entire family to ride comfortably. The A/C deserves its own review because whew… it kicked in within seconds! 😂 That Florida heat didn’t stand a chance. The host was very responsive anytime I had a question, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. The van was also amazing on gas, especially for a vehicle this size. One tip for anyone renting from this host: save yourself the hassle and skip waiting 30 minutes to an hour for the airport shuttle. Just grab an Uber or Lyft straight to the host’s pickup location. It’ll save you time, frustration, and get you on the road much faster. Overall, I would choose this host over any traditional rental location any day. If I ever need another large vehicle in the area, I’ll definitely be booking with them again!

We loved the van! It was very clean, ran great, and comfortably seated all 10 of us. We couldn't have asked for a better rental. The host was extremely friendly, accommodating, and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our trip. We highly recommend renting from them you won't be disappointed!

The van was excellent. It was clean and easy to find. The car worked perfectly. The toll pass already with the van made it easy to drive and Pablo is super fair you just pay for the tolls you use. No crazy fees like the rental companies. The pick up location is so close to the airport that I just took an uber to pick up van. Fast and cheap. The shuttle had a big line and I didn’t want to wait. Pablo communicated well with all instructions. We had zero issues. Would recommend.

This was my first time using turo and epic it was a great experience I thought it was way better than regular rental car places that have a bunch of hidden fees this one was so simple and easy. You have once and that’s it no extra things. The passenger van was perfect for what we needed it was 9 of us and we all fit comfortably. Didn’t notice any issues with the car even on the highway it drove very well no issues at all. Communication was great they respond right away. I’m will continue to rent cars here

I could not have found a cooler vehicle to rent for our family vacation. The NASA alien van was a big hit everywhere we went. The kids loved it. The family loved it. Random people loved it. The pickup process was extremely easy and convenient. Uber from the airport a few minutes away to the secure parking lot to pickup the van. Drive the van back to pickup my family and luggage. The drop off process was the same in reverse. I cannot recommend this van rental enough (or any of their other themed vehicles). They all looked fun! Thank you for a smooth transaction and making our trip so memorable! Everyone will remember this trip with the alien van!

Pick up and drop off were easy. They were available when I needed a little guidance to first find the van due to me being new to the airport. The tire light did turn on but we monitored it during our trip and everything was perfect. Would use them again next year when we come back for Nationals.
