I made the rental times on the trip on very odd days but he was very flexible and accommodated the times I could pick up and return. Car was great and reliable!

Although there was a bit of a communication issue, the problem was easily resolved. Chih was very pleasant and flexible with pickup times.
We met up as “renter-meets-owner”, but it felt like I was having a conversation with a peer, colleague, the nice Starbucks barista, etc...
