How to become an All-Star Host
Every three months, we’ll check if your host performance over the past year meets the following benchmarks. If it does, you’ll earn All-Star Host status for the next cycle.
10+ completed trips
All-Star Hosts have hosted at least 10 trips in the past year. Your guests can feel confident knowing they’re in experienced hands.
90% five-star ratings
At least 90% of All-Star Hosts’ rated trips earn five stars, so your guests know they can expect an excellent experience.
95% commitment rate
All-Star Hosts cancel less than 5% of their booked trips. Guests love having peace of mind when planning their adventures.
90% acceptance rate
All-Star Hosts accept at least 90% of trip requests. Guests expect their requests will be accepted when the car appears available.
95% response rate
All-Star Hosts respond to at least 95% of their trip requests. Guests count on getting a timely response from hosts.
