Felix was a great host! I had to rebook my Turo at the very last minute after a previous reservation with another host fell through, so I was especially grateful to have someone as responsive and dependable as Felix. From the moment booked, Felix was immediately communicative and kept me updated as he made his way to meet us. He arrived right on time, was flexible with the drop-off timing, and personally handed me the keys, making the process easy & seamless. The car itself was very clean, in great condition, and ran perfectly. It was exactly what we needed for our little family trip over Labor Day weekend. Felix was personable, friendly, reliable, and communicative throughout the entire experience. I'd absolutely rent from him again and am very grateful for hosts like Felix who make the Turo experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Thank you for the last minute booking. I needed a rental and found this one on Turo. Nice car, clean. Easy pick up instructions. Pick up was in the parking garage of a grocery store, which was a little bit scary, but it was overall safe and well communicated. Just message host before hand and ask if they will unlock the car right before you get there. The newer cars may automatically lock, even if the host unlocked it prior to your pick up time.

Overall, we really enjoyed our trip with this car! It was clean, comfortable, and a smooth ride. My only issue is that the host wasn’t very communicative before the trip, which would have made me feel more confident about the booking leading up to our departure date. However, in the case where it was brought to our address, he did deliver on time (despite some bad weather!)

The VW Atlas was great, pickup + dropoff instructions were clear and straightforward much easier than going to a rental place and checking a car out. The Atlas was clean and perfect for our family golf trip, if I don't end up buying an Atlas, would 100% choose their team again for our travel rentals.

The car was in great condition. The host was friendly and very thoughtful for providing a type c and lightning cable for the apple car play.

The car was great and the check in/check out process was easy. The car had a full tank of gas and had great gas mileage. Everything was in working order. I opted for the car being delivered to me (an additional fee). Unfortunately the driver delivered the vehicle to me 20 mins late, and was 45 mins late to pick up. It didn’t end up being an issue because I didn’t need to leave right at pickup time, and I was able to find free street parking (in Manhattan) until the driver was able to arrive for drop off, but just an FYI for others using this feature. Also, I didn’t realize until after booking that there is a fee for pets, which in my experience is unusual for hosts who list the car as being pet friendly.

Words cannot describe how amazing this experience, the vehicle and the host have been. This is my second trip my first one was great, I had to extend my trip few more hours and didnt have a problem with the host, my second trip was amazing, great host, great team, great service and the Buick was so clean, elegant and most of all a smooth peaceful ride with the family, the baby seat was great, not those booster seats but the good secure ones, great quality to. I will Defenetly come back, and the beauty of this great experience with the host and his team is that this is not the only vehicle in their inventory to rent, theres a full fleet of options to. I cant express how grateful I am but Defenetly can leave a review, its the most i can do. Quick, smooth, super friendly pick up. Thank you so much guys!

Host was communicative, prompt, and overall very easy to deal with. The car’s interior was clean, seemed well maintained mechanically, and had name brand tires (BF goodrich). Cosmetically the exterior had some minor scuffs/scratches but nothing unexpected of a rental car at a price point. Recommend both host and car.

Terrific host. Went above and beyond in accommodating changes to my schedule. I had a family emergency and had to extend the trip and Bernardo made it work. Would definitely use his services again. Top notch customer service and a real pleasure to have interacted with him.

Everything was OK. Communication with the owner was helpful and clear. Despite some minor scratches the car was in very good condition, we appreciated some safety features. The whole trip was without any issues. We can recommend this rental and the car.
