⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Host — Above and Beyond! We had an absolutely excellent experience with this host! Our original reservation was for a regular vehicle, but due to circumstances completely outside of his control, there was an unexpected issue with the vehicle we were supposed to receive. Instead of allowing that to negatively affect our trip, he immediately took care of the situation and went above and beyond by upgrading us to a brand-new vehicle at no additional cost. We were incredibly impressed with how professionally, quickly, and thoughtfully he handled everything. The replacement vehicle was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and an amazing upgrade. His communication and customer service throughout the entire experience were outstanding. This is exactly the kind of host you hope to find on Turo—reliable, accommodating, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure his guests have a great experience. Great overall experience. There are not many unlimited miles options at a reasonable price. Based off of the age of car, location, car features and price I believe this is one of the best deals on Turo. The rental process went smooth from pickup to drop off. Matias took time to make sure all my accommodations were met. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

I was disappointed by not knowing that I would be asked to cover the parking bill for the day. I understand MCO’s policy but I would be transparent about that and or just include it in the price of the vehicle. Other than that I had a GREAT experience which is why I’m leaving 5 stars regardless of the parking situation!
The car is in good condition but price is to high you can get newer cars for less money in Turo. But this one the only option I had after problems with the first reservation and then with this reservation… Host was very helpful after first option was not returned on time according to them.
Great vehicle! Host was easy to get ahold of with any questions. Drop off and pick up were seamless at the airport. One note for people who do not live in the USA, toll pass included does not mean toll fees are included in the car price. Just FYI
Host was very responsive to questions. Pick up and drop of were relatively easy, just give yourself ~30-40 minutes extra for the shuttle etc and follow the instructions. This is an older vehicle, but great price for what you get.
Car worked great. Needs new front windshield wiper blades. Return process was confusing. Directions the night before would have been better than 1 hour before. Initial directions said to return to the same location as pick up. But no address was provided. A shuttle took us to the pick up location from the airport upon arrival so I didn’t pay attention to where I was to have returned it. Finally got directions 1 hour prior to drop off when I was driving the car. Drop off was also confusing on how to find a shuttle and is an off property ride share with other passengers. Landing us at the airport later than I had planned. Definitely plan accordingly. I forgot to check out of the Turo app then until we got to our gate.
Fantastic experience from start to finish! The car was absolutely spotless, incredibly clean, and ran perfectly—it's clearly been taken care of and is in excellent shape. The entire rental process was smooth and seamless. On top of that, the host was amazing—super helpful, communicative, and accommodating throughout the trip. I couldn't be happier with how everything went and would highly recommend booking with him.

Easiest rental process for a family of 4 with with two kids. Van was exactly what you see in pics and having a stroller and car seats available made the process of flying so much less stressful. Would rent again
The car was perfect, very comfortable and spacious for the passengers and all the luggage we had. In addition, the service was TOP; we arrived a little before the initial scheduled time, and they did everything possible to be on time and make the whole process as easy as possible. I will definitely rent it again on our next trip to Orlando. The pick-up and delivery process was also very simple.
