Great overall experience. There are not many unlimited miles options at a reasonable price. Based off of the age of car, location, car features and price I believe this is one of the best deals on Turo. The rental process went smooth from pickup to drop off. Matias took time to make sure all my accommodations were met. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

Interior of the van was impeccable with no odors. Car seats were in the trunk upon arrival - different than some of my other Turo rentals that have had them ready to use but I understand the liability concern for having them pre installed. Van had 126k miles and drove decently apart from a vibration at highway speeds. Slight chunk felt over bumps so front suspension might need some attention in the future. Given the overall condition and competitive price of the rental I give this minor nuisance a pass. Pick up at MCO required a bus to a remote lot. This with the carseat i stall time added about 30 minutes to my arrival timeline. Overall experience still beats a national rental agency.

BR BOX was a great host! I’m first time Turo user and he was very communicative about the process and also checking in. He was quick to respond and was very patient with me. The car was incredibly well kept interior (super clean and no smell) and drove well. We took it from Orlando to Melbourne Beach and back to Orlando. Everything went smoothly and Turo and BR BOX really helped us out after our Budget Rental car cancelled our mini van reservation we had since January due to low inventory. We have driven Cryslers minivans before and it was well maintained and operated as expected, next year, we will definitely rent from this host again!

I had a really great experience with this host. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and made everything smooth for me. I traveled 2 hours to pick up the car and had another reservation right after returning it at 10pm. Instead of making me wait outside in the muggy weather for my Uber, he kindly let me sit in a nice waiting area in his complex until my ride came. As a woman, I truly appreciated that level of consideration and hospitality. The car and customer service were both great, and I’d definitely book again

The van ran great, was very comfortable, and had plenty of space for all of our luggage and family. It was exactly what we needed for our trip to the airport. The van was everything we needed and at a good price. It was waiting for us at Orlando airport when we arrived. During our trip we traveled to Tampa and Cocoa Beach without any problems. We would definitely rent again.

Host was responsive anytime I had questions. Information provided for every step. This was my first time using TURO so that was helpful. I got what I paid for safe & affordable. I had difficulty with the key fob but we're no strangers to making it work. Its an older model vehicle and even if its checked these things happen. We didn't let that ruin our trip so instead of asking to replace we just sucked it up and used the manual key to lock and took a few tries every time we had to start the car. Service was great and we got a good deal. If you're realistic of what you're renting you should have no problem. I highly recommend this host and vehicle.
