Did a 5 day rental in this beautiful Tesla Model Y Juniper aptly named the Silver Surfer. Took it around Boston, Western MA, New Hampshire, Maine, and NYC on some foliage drives and it was the perfect touring vehicle for enjoying the views with the Full Self Driving (N.B. it is an extra upgrade, but well worth it if you’re unfamiliar with the local roads). Tons of superchargers everywhere so there was no range anxiety. Car was clean and TURO lot pickup was easy. Would rent Silver Surfer again for sure!
The car had been serviced, but the warning light came back on again on the day of my rental. However, FSD worked well, and the car was very clean both inside and out. The host was kind and made a real effort to resolve the issue. I believe the unresolved problem was related to Tesla service rather than the host. Since I had a long-distance trip, FSD made the drive much more comfortable and convenient. Thank you.
What an awesome rental experience! Host was great with pickup and drop off, the self driving was amazing for getting to unknown towns without worry of getting lost. Can’t recommend enough. The ease of charging at Tesla chargers beats a gas station all day! Will certainly call again when we’re back in town!

We had to book a last minute car rental and had a very smooth experience renting this Infinity SUV from Joe! The car is in super clean condition, had a lot of nice features (e.g. sun coverings for the window, built-in phone charger, cooling setting for seats), and drove very smoothly. Joe was also very accommodating and dropped off the car directly to me after I had train delays as well as let me drop off of the car early. I would rent this car from Joe again!
excellent, host did everything as specified in the instructions. The car was very clean and fantastic. We had never driven a Tesla before, let alone with FSD. Having the FSD massively reduced the stress level of driving around in all kinds of unfamiliar places, and allowed me and my wife to enjoy the drive and scenery much more than normal.
Clean car, flexible (very late at night) pickup, happy to let me use Tesla's mobile app, no surcharge for tesla supercharging - would 100% recommend and use again!
