Shannon was great with communication, and the Tesla was so helpful as it drove us around the city and the Cape. The vehicle was clean and everything worked exactly as described. Pickup at Boston Logan was simple, with clear directions on how to pick up and return the car. FSD is a game changer when going to places you’ve never been before — put in the address, sit back, and let it take you there. You arrive completely relaxed, with zero fatigue. Would absolutely book from Shannon again.

We had to book a last minute car rental and had a very smooth experience renting this Infinity SUV from Joe! The car is in super clean condition, had a lot of nice features (e.g. sun coverings for the window, built-in phone charger, cooling setting for seats), and drove very smoothly. Joe was also very accommodating and dropped off the car directly to me after I had train delays as well as let me drop off of the car early. I would rent this car from Joe again!
The location wasn’t too hard to find upon arrival. It was a bit of a tight squeeze when turning the car around in the lot to exit but I was assisted in doing so. The car was so BEAUTIFUL and was so fun to drive. It was so cool to see how everyone stares while driving down the road, this car is an extreme attention grabber! I’m so thankful for M&C Car Rental for renting out such an amazing car at a crazily affordable price. Communication with them was excellent throughout our 4 day trip. Generally a great rental. Everything from pick up to hand off went smoothly and communication was good. There was a maintenance issue with a broken sun visor which didn't impact our trip (there was evidence of an attempted repair) but could have if we had sunny weather. Tesla owners should know that the car is locked in Chill acceleration mode and speed limited (75 mph) so if your looking for the regular dynamics of a model Y you will not get it. The car is a base level trim with no interior glass roof, no electrically folding mirrors, and no premium connectivity. I would rent the car again.
