⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An outstanding Turo experience from start to finish! The host went above and beyond to make everything stress free. My flight was delayed, and he had no problem letting me keep the car until my updated flight time. When my flight was unexpectedly canceled, he was incredibly understanding and told me to keep the car overnight. He even offered to pick it up directly from my hotel so I wouldn't have to worry about returning it before heading to the airport. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. The Mercedes-Benz was spotless, luxurious, and drove beautifully. It had plenty of room for my family, was very comfortable on long drives, and the fuel lasted much longer than expected. Everything about the vehicle exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend both the host and this vehicle. If you're looking for a reliable, luxury rental with an exceptional host who genuinely cares about their guests, this is the one to book. I'll definitely rent from them again!

Absolutely first-class experience renting from Julio. The car — a Tesla Model 3 — was in spotless condition, and the battery health is incredible. We drove from Montreal to Quebec City and the car made the trip extra special. Julio went the extra mile at every step. When we picked up the car, he walked us through all the features so we were comfortable from the start. He’d kitted it out with great accessories too — the waterproof floor liners were a really nice touch. He was super communicative throughout, helpful, and clearly runs a tight operation ably assisted with a great team! Highly, highly recommend Julio to anyone looking for a smooth, no-stress rental. L'expérience était excellente mais le pneu arrière gauche perdait sa pression tandis que les autres étaient surgonflé (46-47 livres!?). Sinon le véhicule est fantastique! 😁
