  • Does gas need to be filled?

    Car will usually come with a full tank of gas and is expected to be returned with a full tank. If gas level is not same upon return, we will charge you for the cost to refuel the car.

  • Do we have to clean the car when returning?

    Car must be washed and vacuumed and returned in the same condition as taken. If car is returned dirty a cleaning fee will be charges. However, if deep cleaning is required due to animal hair, food stains, water stains, or excessive mud/dirt in which we have to shampoo the mats you may be liable for cleaning fees up to $250.   • How does TOLL and TICKETS work?

    The car is equipped with a toll transponder and based on your usage the toll amount will be billed to you after your trip is completed. If during the course of your rental you receive a ticket (parking, moving violation, etc) you will be required to pay the full amount of the ticket.
