⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Rating Mr. Ashok was an exceptional host from start to finish. His communication was clear, prompt, and consistent throughout the entire rental process. He went above and beyond by re-cleaning the vehicle and running a neutralizing scent system due to the previous renter. He was also very accommodating with the return time, understanding that the neutralizing process required several hours. Throughout the rental, he checked in to ensure the car was operating well and that we were taken care of, which truly stood out. At the time of return, there was a noticeable issue involving the rim, and Mr. Ashok handled the situation with patience, professionalism, and understanding. His approach made the experience much easier to navigate. Overall, Mr. Ashok demonstrated outstanding customer service, flexibility, and care. He is an excellent host, and I would absolutely rent from him again. Highly recommended.
