I needed the car dropped off and picked up at my residence, and Terrance and his son handled both with impressive punctuality. The car was dropped off clean, with a full tank of gas, and it was clear it had been very well cared for. For a 10-year-old car, it was in great shape. The drive was smooth, the A/C worked great, and the navigation and device connectivity features made the trip even better. I felt completely safe driving it back and forth from Covington to Atlanta. I would absolutely book with Terrance again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, well-maintained vehicle and a host who is friendly, communicative, and dependable.
