Second time using them, great service. Car was very basic, this time around. Despite being a 2022 the car didn’t have power locks or power windows! I was shocked, haven’t had to roll up windows by hand or run around to every door to lock since 1992.
I didn’t ding them for that on the review as maybe it was mentioned in the listing. Also, their service is great but buyer beware. Don’t take anything for granted like me. I read the car had CarPlay and made a reasonable assumption that it would have power locks and power windows.
Besides that, car did have CarPlay, a rear view camera and was very clean and in good working order. Shuttle came within 10 min of calling them. Pick up and drop off was a breeze and Luis, their representative was very warm, friendly and professional.
Will use them again but will ensure to double check car’s features and modernity.
