Unfortunately there was an issue with the car but Matt was contactable at all times and very helpful. This aside the car was as stated and the interior was hired in good condition. The pick up and drop off was convenient. I found Matt very responsive and easy to deal with.

This was a really pleasant and hassle-free experience. The car was very well kept and trouble-free. In fact, I found Suraj’s car to be better and cleaner than some cars I’ve hired from major hire companies. We encourage you to request to add additional drivers before your trip starts, though guests can request to add a driver while a trip is in progress.
To speed up the process, have your additional driver create a Turo account and get approved to drive before you request to add them. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and meet the age requirements for the car you’ve booked. You can request to add drivers via the “Trips” tab in the Turo app without additional driver charges or extra costs.
