Amazing communication and the car was fun to drive. Always wanted to drive a mini coop! Will rent again very soon!

The Mini was a great car and a great price! It was exactly where the host said it would be and the directions were clear! We would ABSOLUTELY use this car again on a future trip!

Everything went smoothly! No issues, Brenden is thorough in his descriptions and so friendly! :) I drove his Mini Cooper a total of 220mi to Yakima where my friend lives and back again, and it only costed $42 to fill back to full even with the cost of Premium gas. :D Sunroof was rad! The bass in the car was loud and poppin! I think my favorite part of the car is that there's a cool light that comes from underneath each car door at night, and it illuminates your walkway as you're getting stuff out of the car. I don't know why that is the highlight for me but for some reason it's this tiny little thing that really moved me. :> I also appreciated the phone charger provided with 3 prongs for different phones provided as well as the phone holder. You would think more Turo rentals have these obvious helpful things, but they don't actually! Typically I only rent or drive Japanese/Korean cars so to be honest this car was pretty confusing for me at first, but as I became more comfortable with it I started to feel how fun it was getting to try out and feel the differences! :D I'm super thankful for the opportunity to rent and try out this car! ^0^ The only thing that I had a little trouble with was when I needed to return the car a tad early so I could go with my sisters to Bainbridge Island, and apparently Turo doesn't let you start the return process or post car photos in the app until the exact end time of my original booking. This isn't Brenden's fault though, so I just took photos in advance and put the keys away in the lockbox, and I plan to post them at my original scheduled end time via WiFi. [Edit: It worked! I'm posting this as we speak from afar! :) ] Overall, two thumbs up! I would do it again. d-(=w=)-b

Last-minute reservation and the host could not have been more accommodating. He was incredibly helpful walking me through the app, the process, and sharing useful tips, especially at pickup and return. Very hands-on when needed, but otherwise gave me space and didn’t bother me throughout the trip unless I reached out. The Mini Cooper was an absolute fun to drive: fun, comfortable, and surprisingly roomy inside. Very flexible to accommodate your needs upon return. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I’d definitely rent from him again.

The only thing about our trip with the Mini that we did not like was giving her back! Absolutely fun, smooth car that did super well on gas and had all the bells and whistles. The Mini was the perfect size for two people and our luggage! If we come back down this way we will definitely be looking to rent Mini again! This was our first time using Turo and our host was more than accommodating and made the process very smooth. Highly recommend this car!

The mini was a fantastic car and we loved driving it for the few days in and around Seattle. It is a new car and has all the features that you would expect and was sporty to drive. Ryan and his team were super communicative through the trip and answered any questions we had. The car pick up and drop off were so convenient at the airport. This was the first time I have used Turo to rent a car and now I believe I will check it out first before looking at conventional rental car companies.

My wife and I had so much fun in the Mini Cooper! The team was super responsive, and kind. The car is clean, tech-savvy, very sharp looking. Being able to put the top down in the Cali Sun was icing on the cake. I will definitely rent this car on a future L.A. trip!

What a great first experience not only with Turo but the owner of the car I rented. I’m old fashioned so being able to talk with the owner, learn about the car and being asked if my needs were meet was so great. I rented a mini cooper that was well maintained and a blast to drive. I had no idea this opportunity was in my area. If ever needing to rent again, I would use Turo first and if available rent that mini cooper again!

What a fun way to travel around!! Igor’s sporty little Mini Cooper was a pro zipping around Trail BC, which is a city modeled after Italian towns, so very narrow winding roads. No problem at all for this little car! Igor was communicative, responsive, and had the easiest check-in of a Turo car I’ve ever had. I hope to rent this car again when I come back to visit my parents!! Highly recommend!

Easy pick up and return, driving the mini Cooper around was easy and had no problems. If I ever need to rent a car again I will definitely check for this mini Cooper!

Everything about this rental car interaction was stellar!! Hosts were super-responsive and incredibly helpful and patient when I had questions. The car was impeccably clean at pick-up, instructions were clear, all was just perfect. I drive a Mini myself, and it made all the difference in the world to have a familiar car to drive for my trip.
