Host made pickup and drop off a breeze. Car was clean inside and out. Very peppy car as well as a lot of luggage space. Was able to fit 3 large suitcases, 3 carry-ons + more with 1/2 the rear seat folded down. AC blew cold and the adaptive cruise control made long journeys a breeze along with the BT audio.
