Véhicule propre et pratique nous avons pu mettre nos bagages et la chaise roulante Mathieu est très sympa et très arrangeant! nous avons eu du retard car panne de train Mathieu a fait en sorte d’être présent à l’heure au lieu de rdv malgré nos 4h de retard je recommande

Véhicule Renault très agréable et très bien entretenu. Laurent et Claudine sont charmants. Pour une seconde location effectuée à Arras, c'est cette dernière que je conseille.

Service parfait, la voiture a été livré et récupéré comme prévus. Nous avons même pu changer l'adresse de récuperation pour être plus proche de la gare des Flandres au lieu de la Gare Lille Europe prévus au départ. Nous gardons en favoris pour nos futurs voyage à Lille.
