This was my first Turo experience and it was great. Instructions were clear about location to pickup and drop off in the heart of Fortitude Valley in a secure carpark. Met Jeffrey on both arrival and departure whom was very friendly and helpful. The car was a perfect little car for my needs for 5 days and extending was also very easy to do via the app. Very clean and tidy and good on gas. When I had a few questions the communication from the staff was very fast so I will definitely book with this company again.

Host replied in timely matter, Apple carplay working. The car smelled a little off when we first entered but after the AC was on and the windows rolled down, the smell was nearly gone. Would suggest an air freshener! Turo cars are never the cleanest or best shape but this was good enough. Experience was still good so 5 stars. Wouldnt rate lower like most people on the app with unrealistic expectations!
