5 Stars – Outstanding Service and a Seamless Experience! We had a truly fantastic experience renting Scott’s Chrysler minivan through Turo! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and exceptionally well-coordinated. Henry, our point of contact, was incredibly communicative and friendly. He reached out ahead of time to confirm our travel details and stayed in touch throughout our trip. Pickup at the airport was seamless—Henry met us right after we claimed our luggage, and within minutes, we were in the vehicle and on our way. The convenience of being picked up directly at the airport and taken to the nearby UNLV Tropicana Parking Garage to finalize the handoff made everything feel easy and well-thought-out. The minivan itself was in great condition—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. During our stay in Las Vegas, we also appreciated the thoughtful list of local recommendations for restaurants, hikes, and attractions that Henry provided. It was clear that they cared about making our experience memorable beyond just the car rental. When it was time to return the car, the process was just as easy. We met Henry at the same garage, and he personally dropped us off at the airport, saving us the hassle of finding other transportation. This level of service is rare and greatly appreciated! Scott and Henry went above and beyond to ensure our trip went smoothly. I would highly recommend renting from them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again on future trips. Thank you for making our Las Vegas visit even more enjoyable!

Great experience overall! The minivan was clean, drove great, and was perfect for what we needed. The pick-up location was super easy and convenient, which made the whole process smooth. The host was very communicative, responsive, and made everything simple from start to finish. Would definitely rent again!

The car itself was great, clean, spacious, and comfortable enough for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. It worked perfectly during the 5 days we rented it, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. The only downside was the pickup and drop-off experience. The pickup location, Sunrise Parking near LAX, was inconvenient. We had to wait around 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up after arrival. Returning the car was even more frustrating. The staff at the front gate told me it would be at least a 30-minute wait for the next shuttle and suggested I walk back to the airport instead. I ended up walking about 15 minutes, which fortunately worked out because I had already dropped off my family and luggage beforehand and had enough time before my flight. Otherwise, this could have caused a major issue. I’m leaving a 5-star rating because the car and host delivered a great experience. However, Turo should address the transportation issues related to this pickup location, as it impacts the overall rental experience.

The Chrysler van was awesome! Everything was just like the pictures. The owner even hooked us up with cleaning supplies and microfiber rags to tidy up. We rented two five-point harness car seats and they were super clean, all we had to do was pop them in where we wanted them. With two little boys and a baby (we brought our own car seat for the baby), we had tons of room, especially up front where my wife and I sat. Michael was great about getting back to us fast, he was polite, and even gave me his number. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, just drive in and out. My only screw up dropping off was not parking in the rideshare section, so I just had to move the car over there. That spot's in the back and clearly marked with blue signs, I just didn't see them. My first time using Turo and it was a great experience.

Pick up, drop off very smooth. Drove with a family of 5 the space was just perfect for all of us for a weekend trip. Would consider purchasing a Chrysler Van now. Host kept communication and was able to update us as needed.

Location pick up ideal. Wonderful van, perfect for our small family. Host was very communicative and directions were superior! Would definitely recommend and use again in the future if needed. Kudos!

Car as described. Good condition. Easy pick up. Note if picking up at LAX you will need to pay $30 to get it out of parking deck (nor free pickup). You’ll take The Parking Spot shuttle — add 15 minutes to commute time. Initially told key would be in one location not present— through email/text received quick response for correct location. Would use service again.

Van was clean and exactly what J expected from photos. No problems during the entire trip. Added a car seat and was already installed correctly for pick up. Installed toll pass was a plus. Luis took detailed photos for what to expect and any prior damage. Great communication on where to find van in parking garage. I didn’t request which parking garage I preferred it to be dropped off at, so it was parked on the opposite side from where we arrived making it a further walk with 4 kids and disabled adult, but ZERO fault on Luis! Great vehicle, great host and great Spring Break vacation! Thank you, Luis!

Outstanding host! Fantastic communication throughout the rental period. Pick-up and drop-off at the airport location was perfect. The 2023 Chrysler Pacifica was clean and ran flawlessly. There were so many options on this loaded minivan that I was still discovering new things on the last rental day! I give Molly and her team the highest recommendation possible and will certainly rent from her the next time we travel to see our kids and grandkids. Thank you!

Car rental was great, owner is very responsive. My only complaint is that I didn’t have a option to park/ pick up in a closer lot at Tampa airport. Was a little confusing with 3 kids at the economy garage and I would of rather payed more if this was option.
