The car itself was great! Very quiet and smooth ride. It was clean and had zero issues. The pickup was easy and Vugar gave us very detailed instructions for both pick up and drop off. They were communicative about where to find the car in the parking area and responded very quickly to messages. Fantastic hosts and I would not hesitate to rent from them again! Thanks!

Very convenient pick up and drop off. I booked very last minute and the car was ready to go. The car itself functions very well, comfortably fits 4 people and two suit cases in total. The Location is convenient if you’re flying in from Newark but they offered other options like airport pick up. I’d personally recommend you just go get it at the shop. Gas station is near to the drop off point so refueling at the end of the trip was also easy. High mileage car but no noticeable issue driving for over 300 miles

The owner was great. When we arrived at LAX, the car was parked on a Budget parking lot, the owner had sent us a clear instructions on how to come and pick up the car, we came in, the owner handed off the keys and we enjoyed the car for a full week in LA. Unfortunately we also had to extend our trip by 2 extra days because of severe weather conditions, and we were able to easily contact the owner and ask for an extension which was a life saver. The car is in a really good condition, drives very well, very comfortable, and doesn't feel like its almost 7 years old. It turned out to not just be a 2019 Lexus RX, it was actually an RX450H F-Sport which was a great surprise, because of all the extra features like heated a cooled seats, full sun roof, and plenty of performance to go around. Both me and my wife enjoyed the car. Thank you

The Lexus SUV is awesome! Clean & reliable (typical Lexus). Very affordable! Pick up location was convenient to my home. Evan was great to work with. I even had to extend the lease for three days without issue. Great communication from Pick up to Drop off. Only way to roll🇺🇸

Trip was good. The hosts were nice, the car was as expected. Looked good and was good on gas. Chic and up to date. The drop off and pickup was easy, just a few things to note. BE AWARE that the car is probably not going to be parked at the pickup spot so if you’re early or there’s bad weather (u have to wait on the car in the parking lot) this might be a bit annoying. The up side is that you will owe less money for parking($5 minimum) the later/closer to your arrival that the car is brought to the lot. There is a parking fee when you pick up the car anywhere from $5-$20 or $25 ($5/hour that it’s parked waiting on you to pick it up, up to a max of $20 (or $25… I forget) per day). Drop off was smooth… the app was laggy though.. I would definitely recommend this vehicle to anyone who wants a pretty SUV to cruise LA in! 5⭐️ !

Kenneth provided an outstanding rental experience from start to finish. The Lexus was clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly, and he was punctual with both drop-off and pick-up. Communication was excellent throughout the trip, especially when I needed to extend the rental — highly recommend and would definitely rent again!

I rented a 2016 Lexus RX. It was beautiful and in great running condition. It is very roomy with a smooth ride. Loved the car. We picked up and dropped off the car at the Savannah airport. Pickup should have been easy but they gave us the wrong code for the lockbox and since it was late (10pm) it took some time getting the correct code. (Maybe 1/2 hour?) Other than that everything was great.

Viet’s Lexus was amazing. Super smooth and clean. Easy pick up and drop off. All instructions were provided. There was phone holders too. Highly recommend!

LaShonna was very thorough with pickup instructions. I had to call her to unlock the vehicle and she is so friendly and helpful! The Lexus was clean, smelled fresh and drives well maintained! The shuttle service from the airport was very handy when it came to retrieving the vehicle and going back to the airport. I would absolutely rent from LaShonna again! PS- I recommend bringing your own USB cord for the Apple CarPlay feature (I bought mine for $6 at Target) :) PSS- The vehicle does take PREMIUM fuel, so be advised it will be pricier to fill up.

The car was great and perfect for a weekend trip. Plenty of space for lots of luggage. Quentin was great and drop off and pick up was so easy. Would definitely rent this car again!

Easy and convenient! Good gas mileage! Just hard to find International Garage. Make sure your on ground level not up top where terminal 1,2 and 3 parking is.
