The car was great up until we noticed that the 2 left side tires steel cords were showing through. Owner was great up until he was told about them and ghosted us when asked about when he was going to get them fixed. He said he would get them fixed the day before our trip ended. He expected us to drive on them for 13 days! We had to buy tires so we could continue on our trip after one of them let go and he didn’t want to buy tires. It was either we buy tires or be stranded on the side of the road with 4 kids.

Once we were notified of the tire issue, Turo provided the option to switch to another vehicle and also arranged a tow truck, but you chose to keep the van and continue your trip.
