SUV rental at Calgary International Airport (YYC)

We had an amazing experience renting this Nissan for our trip to Banff! The pickup process was incredibly easy thanks to the lockbox, which made everything completely hassle-free and convenient. The SUV was spotless inside and out, very well maintained, and exactly as described. It drove smoothly the entire trip, handled the mountain roads perfectly, and was comfortable for long drives. It gave us complete peace of mind while exploring Banff and the surrounding area. The host provided clear instructions, communicated well, and made the whole rental process seamless from start to finish. This host went above and beyond to make sure the pickup and drop off went smoothly. They were really great about communicating expectations, sending thorough instructions, and making sure our trip was frictionless. The car was basically brand new and completely spotless. It was the perfect size for what we needed. Large enough to hold a family of 4 (could handle up to 5) and all of our luggage. It even handled the grocery haul we made on the way to our hotel. At the same time, it was small enough to have great fuel economy and make driving/parking easy. Additionally, the car had all of the features we needed to make some relatively long scenic drives through Canada. Features like auto dimming headlights, lane assist, and adaptive cruise control made longer drives easy and enjoyable. Of course you still need to focus on driving, but it made driving the winding mountain roads in the Canadian Rockies much more enjoyable. I would recommend this host to anyone looking for a fair price on a car that is plenty capable of handling a short or long trip with ease.

The car is as advertised - we own a GLS, so this was familiar and perfect. I thought it was smoother than our own. We were here for our daughter’s wedding, and the car fit 9 checked in bags and 5 carryons, plus two people. The highlight was Mizan - she saved me twice, pointing out errors in my reservation. She paid attention to the wedding schedule and checked in with me about a mismatch in my reservation vs the wedding schedule! Without her attention to detail, I would surely have been kicked out of my family! Above and beyond!

This is the first time using this app and it was simple and easy. I knew I wanted a big suv for luggage and my family and the ford bronco was awesome.
