Mark and Don are great hosts! They respond promptly. The jeep is in great condition - they take good care of their vehicle and make sure everything is working. Pick up at the airport was so easy. Mark went above and beyond with regards to familiarizing me with the vehicle. The jeep took us to great adventures in Banff. Drop off at the airport was equally easy and convenient. This is most definitely better than old school car rental companies.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The Mitsubishi Outlander was very clean, well maintained, and came with all the required wires for CarPlay, which made the trip much more convenient. Amir was a pleasure to deal with — very respectful, responsive, and accommodating with the changes I threw at him throughout the trip. Clean, well running car, perfect for our group of 3. Pickup and drop off was extremely easy, and Jaden was very responsive to make sure timing and directions were clear. (Coming from someone from the states who never flew into calgary) We also rented the national park pass which was a qeight off our shoulders and a huge cost savings as we entered national parks on 4 of our 5 days. Price was great. Would definitely book again.

Great communication the whole trip. Easy to book. Basic interior with the CX-9. Some dings and scratches on the outside, but nothing that would impede driving. Interior was very clean. We had one issue with the vehicle not starting the first evening. Sometimes sluggish to start thereafter but not all the time. Host was great and said they'd replace battery if needed during our trip if it continued to cause any problems. We used it for just over a week, with our family of 6's vacation, and it worked well for what we required. If you had large checked baggage and required the use of the 3rd row, it would be very tight in the trunk for space. For us, it worked well with just personal items from our flight. With the 3rd row down, excellent space.

Had such a great experience!! The car was exactly what we needed for our vacation. Pickup process was easy. They dropped it off at the airport, left the ticket inside the car so I could pay to get it out and then refunded me the cost of the ticket after the trip was completed! The car itself was clean and was the perfect size for just the two of us. I would say maybe one more person with luggage would be able to fit as large suitcases meant the back seats had to be partially folded down. So I wouldn’t use more than 3 people with the Jeep Patriot. The engine oil light did flash after a day of driving but I think it just needed a change. (Didn’t affect the drive at all) Thank you Midas Rental for always communicating and making this such a wonderful experience 🙏🏼 I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I come back to Calgary!
