Excellent experience from start to finish. When I picked up the vehicle, the host took the time to answer all my questions and clearly explained everything I needed to know about the car and the rental process. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. He even recommended several great places to visit in Banff, which made our trip even better. Truly a great person and an outstanding host. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone using Turo.

I had a great experience renting this 2020 Ford Escape. The vehicle was clean, powerful, and drove very well throughout my trip. It was exactly as described and very reliable. The owner was also incredibly kind, understanding, and easy to communicate with. She made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. We are a group who do an annual hiking trip to Banff. We typically rent from one of the big rental companies but this year a friend recommended that we try Turo. It was a great experience. The car was clean and in great condition. The owner met us at the airport for both our arrival and departure. It was far easier, less expensive and a better experience. We will definitely do it again.

Had the car for about 1.5 months and overall had a good experience. Pickup was quick, Mohtadi was responsive, and returning the car was easy as well. The car did have a few quirks, like some wind noise above 90 km/h and a check engine light, but the host explained it was okay and for the price I paid and the size of the car, I really can’t complain. I also had to cancel the trip about two weeks early, and Mohtadi was kind enough to accept the change even though he didn’t have to. That was really appreciated and made the whole experience much better. Overall, I’d rent from him again.

The car is as advertised - we own a GLS, so this was familiar and perfect. I thought it was smoother than our own. We were here for our daughter’s wedding, and the car fit 9 checked in bags and 5 carryons, plus two people. The highlight was Mizan - she saved me twice, pointing out errors in my reservation. She paid attention to the wedding schedule and checked in with me about a mismatch in my reservation vs the wedding schedule! Without her attention to detail, I would surely have been kicked out of my family! Above and beyond!
