Had a fantastic experience renting from her!
She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and very flexible with the logistics. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

She was very nice. And did communicate with me. However, for picking up at the airport, I did imagine since she had so many trips that she would understand needing to meet at a specific time and drop off at a time around the flights that I do have booked.
Just to clarify, I was not the one causing any delays. When I handed the car over to you, I arrived about 30 minutes early and waited at the gas station outside the airport because you were late. When I picked the car up from you, I arrived 5 minutes early, called, and sent messages, but received no response and had to wait. In any case, I wish you a safe trip.
