Absolutely outstanding experience — honestly, 10/5!
From the very beginning, everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free. The owner was incredibly punctual, responsible, professional, and, most importantly, simply wonderful to deal with. Communication was easy and clear, and everything was exactly as promised.
The whole rental process was completely hassle-free. There were no unnecessary rules, complaints, pressure, or surprises — just a very fair, straightforward, and pleasant experience. The car was in great condition, clean, and exactly what we needed for our trip.
What really stood out was how easygoing and trustworthy the whole experience felt. You could tell that this person genuinely cares about providing a good experience rather than simply completing a rental.
We would absolutely rent from them again without hesitation and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely pleasant car rental experience.
