This suv worked out great for our trip, held all our gear, it ran smoothly was clean and they had great communication before our trip car was ready for pickup when I got there definitely would rent again.

This suburban was perfect for a large family trip to Disney World. Aside from large passenger vans, you cannot rent an 8 passenger vehicle from traditional car rental companies. The windshield was cracked by renters right before us, but host reached out and communicated it- offered to let us continue to rent it as is, offered a different vehicle in their fleet, or were willing to help us cancel with Turo. We opted to continue to rent with the crack, and it did not hinder the usage at all!!! Definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic experience renting Martin’s 2024 Chevrolet Suburban! He had the vehicle parked and ready for us at Sanford Airport, which made for an incredibly easy and seamless pickup. A quick text and the car was unlocked—super smooth transaction. The Suburban was perfect for our family of six, comfortably fitting all of us and our full-size luggage. It drove great and kept us comfortable throughout our trip. While it doesn’t have leather seats, that actually turned out to be a plus in the Florida heat—no scorching hot seats after a long day at the parks! Martin was great to work with—responsive and easygoing. If we’re ever back in the Orlando area, we’ll absolutely rent from him again. Highly recommend this spacious and reliable SUV!

Is there long term car rental on Turo?
Yes there is — whether you want to rent a car for three days, three months, or even longer, you can on Turo. You’ll find discounted prices on bookings lasting 3+, 7+, or 30+ days, so you can get the best deals and lowest rates possible by booking longer trips.
Is there unlimited mileage car rental on Turo?
Some hosts offer unlimited distance for a trip; others set a daily distance limit — you’ll need to check on each rental car individually to see if this service is provided. On the vehicle pages, you’ll see the total miles or kilometres you’re allowed to drive under the heading “Distance included.” You can find cars offering unlimited mileage with every trip by using the “Unlimited distance” filter.
Can other people drive the car that I rented?
Yes, multiple guests can drive the car you rent on Turo, as long as they are all approved to drive. The primary driver (whoever rented the car) can add additional drivers with no fees or additional charges. Only the primary driver can request to add drivers; Turo hosts cannot do it for you. We encourage you to request to add additional drivers before your trip starts, though guests can request to add a driver while a trip is in progress.
To speed up the process, have your additional driver create a Turo account and get approved to drive before you request to add them. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and meet the age requirements for the car you’ve booked. You can request to add drivers via the “Trips” tab in the Turo app without additional driver charges or extra costs.
What is the cancellation policy for guests on Turo?
You can cancel and get a full refund up to 24 hours before your trip starts, unless you opt to receive a non-refundable trip discount when you book. If you book a trip with less than 24 hours’ notice, you have one hour after booking to cancel free of charge. If you cancel after the free cancellation period ends, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
In the rare event a host cancels, you’ll be notified immediately so you can book another car, or we’ll help you find one. Your refund can be temporarily held to expedite rebooking, or the funds can be returned to your bank account — your choice.
